By using Platoo, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws.

Platoo helps users plan meals, manage recipes, shop collaboratively, and cook step-by-step.

You are responsible for accurate account details and safeguarding your sign-in credentials.

By inviting people to your household, you acknowledge that shared recipes, plans, and lists are visible to household members.

You retain ownership of your uploaded recipes and planning data.

Platoo's core service is free. Platoo Plus is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The price, billing period, and any eligible trial are shown before purchase; the localized App Store terms shown in the app govern the transaction.

Plus renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account. Apple handles payment and refund requests. Deleting your Platoo account does not cancel the subscription.

AI-generated and imported content may be inaccurate. You must review ingredients, quantities, cooking instructions, allergens, and food safety. Platoo is not medical, nutritional, or allergy-safety advice.

Do not misuse the platform, abuse APIs, scrape data, or reverse engineer protected systems.

Platoo branding, software, and design assets remain property of Braightminds.

To the extent permitted by law, Platoo is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

You can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or legal requirements.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

We can update these terms over time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.

Platoo is not directed to children under 16. A parent or guardian should create and manage any household use by a younger person.
